David L. Abt, Attorney

Hailing from a small farming town in Marathon (by way of Orange County, CA), David and his family have been residing in the Westby, Wis., area for nearly four decades. David started Abt Swayne Law in 1986, and has been actively involved in the community ever since.  

David served for ten years on the board of directors of the Wisconsin Association for Justice (formerly the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers) and is ranked nationally in the top five percent of attorneys by industry standard Martindale-Hubbell with a Distinguished BV rating.
